[code] [textadept] retina displays

Hi Mitchell,

I spent a good amount of time trying to figure out how to setup pango /
cairo / gtk / gdk to properly render at retina display HiDPI settings but
can't seem figure it out.

The resolutions returned by GDK and the entire stack are 72.0 which is
"correct", and way the cocoa backend works is to apply a scaling factor of
2.0 when rendering text or images (if the NSScreen supports it, dragging a
window from a retina to non-retina screen should "reset" the DPI).

Would it be possible to use the Scintilla Cocoa backend? How hard do you
think that would be?

Thanks,
John.
