I don't know about the bookmarks, simply switching to "Alt/⌘ 2" etc.
is not possible because of the "Shift" short cuts.
For "Refresh" Alt/⌘-5 would work.
For Help and Docs, maybe
Alt/⌘-?
and Ctrl-Alt/⌘-?
