I would like to see them. Even though I don't plan on officially
supporting native compiling on Win32, I'd like to see if I can incorporate
those patches to make things easier for you and others that are feeling
ambitious. Perhaps I can post the instructions on the wiki too.

I've created a package[1], much like the GTK+ for OSX
bundle[2]. I've also attached the pdckbd.c file in that archive in case
that might work.
