Sublime and Textmate seem to have wrapping for code but no wrapping for
plain 'text' files. Emacs and MacVim wrap everything by default (or at
least I don't remember changing a setting).

In general I like that wrapping gives a cleaner user interface (one less
scrollbar) by default.
