When I looked for similar things I found always a similar answer: "regex
are not made for that, you need a true parser if you want to handle
properly balanced tags, parentheses and so on". Lua %b() is a clever
extension, but for example it doesn't work as expected (or as hoped)
also in simple cases like <img alt=">">.
