[code] [scintillua] php in html attributes

for example :

<a href="example.php<?= ($add_get)?'foo=bar':' '?>">link</a>

Is there any way to get the php in this to highlight properly. Right now it
thinks the php is part of the html attribute and highlights it as a string.
This can be even more problematic if the php also contained double quotes
throwing off the highlighting for the rest of the document.
