You are able to open the file in an image viewer, correct?

Textadept 10 uses some new 64-bit builds of the GTK libraries (GTK is the UI toolkit Textadept uses) that I grabbed from another open-source project. Textadept 9.6 uses 32-bit builds produced by me. I wonder if the new libs are the problem.

Whenever I have some time I might try building a one-off that uses the old 32-bit libs and have you try it out -- that is, if the latest OSX still accepts 32-bit apps to run.
