[code] [textadept] Convert to lower/upper case

Hello,

does Lua or TA or Scientilla support conversion to lower/upper case? Especially due to country-special characters, like "ěščřĚŠČŘ" in Czech.

("abcěšč"):upper() gives (not so surprisingly) "ABCěšč", not the correct "ABCĚŠČ", so country-specific characters are not converted.

Is there a way to convert character case a better built-in way?

Best regards,

Lukas
