Instead of using a GTK widget in IUP (rather unlikely), the solution would
be to code an IUP platform Scintilla widget. This effectively means to
write the equivalents of gtk/ScintillaGTK.cxx and win32/ScintillaWin.cxx
in IUP. I do not have the time nor desire to do this right now.
